Apex Wireless offers the following shipping options at checkout. Please note expedited shipping options are not inclusive of processing times.
Within Canada:
- Free Shipping: On orders over $69.99 before tax.
- Standard Shipping: $10. Could take up to 3-9 business days depending on address. Includes basic insurance covers up to $100.
- Express Shipping: $15. Two-day shipping (not inclusive of processing times at warehouse). Includes basic insurance covers up to $100.
To United States:
- Free Shipping: On orders over $69.99 before tax.
- Standard Shipping: US$15. Could take up to 3-9 business days depending on address. Includes basic insurance covers up to $100.
- Express Shipping: US$20. 2-3 days (not inclusive of processing times at warehouse). Includes basic insurance covers up to $100.
Extra cost may occur for rural areas.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery
PROCESSING TIMES
Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Apex cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the shipping provider for missing or stolen packages.
